FAQs

If you have any additional questions please reach out.
Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults only celebration besides Hunter's nieces. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to extend plus ones to guests listed on the invitation.

Question

Whats the dress code?

Answer

We invite guests to wear Formal Cocktail attire. We recognize that this is not a universally recognized dress code, so we'd like to provide a little more guidance. Our wedding is an elegant evening celebration, and we envision attire that is more elevated than traditional cocktail wear but don't want guests to feel obligated to wear a formal gown. Ladies are encouraged to wear sophisticated cocktail dresses, such as midi or longer dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or gowns if they prefer. Floor length gowns are absolutely welcome but are certainly not required. Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a suit and tie. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass therefore avoid pointed heels.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 28th through our wedding website.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We invite all guests to the Welcome Party on Thursday October 1st and the Goodbye Breakfast Saturday October 3rd. All events are located at Church Landing.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly recommend arriving at 4:00 for our 4:30 ceremony to allow time for seating.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking available at Church Landing where the wedding is located.

Question

What is the ceremony and reception location?

Answer

All wedding events are located at Church Landing.

Question

Will the ceremony and cocktail hour be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors. The ceremony is to take place on the lake front grass, therefore ladies are encouraged to avoid wearing pointed heels. Cocktail hour is to be held under a large tent outdoors. The following reception will be held indoors.

Question

How do I let you know about dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

When guests RSVP on the wedding website there will be a prompt asking to detail any dietary restrictions or allergies.
