What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM. Arrival time for guests is 2:15 pm at the Beach Level valet area of Mandalay Bay. From Casino Level, you will need to go down one floor to Beach Level. This can be done by going to Mandalay Bay’s Guest Elevators, which are located Around the corner from Seabreeze Café ,near the foundation room and Hazel Lounge. From the meet up location Wedding Chapel team will escort all guests to the ceremony venue.

Answer

Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony at Mandalay Bay will take place outside. It will be hot so please be prepared. The reception at Maggiano's will take place inside.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
We cannot predict the exact forecast on our special day, but Las Vegas in June is usually sunny with temperatures ranging from 90-100 F.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
The food at Maggiano's will be a 3 course Italian Cuisine with options of 3 different appetizers, 1 salad, 2 different pastas, 1 chicken dish, 1 beef dish, and a buffet of desserts. We will also be providing beer & wine during the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

The wedding is at Mandalay Bay at 3:00 PM - 4PM. The reception is Maggiano's at 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM.

Who do I call in case I get lost the day of the wedding?

You can call the brides dad, Chris, at 408-821-1924 or ask casino staff where the Enchanted Gardens Ceremony site is located.

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?
Answer
No. Some of the decorations are owned by the restaurant so please on leave our reception with a full belly and memories of the evening!

Can I take photos/video?
Answer
Absolutely! We would love if everyone takes photos and videos of everything so we can combine it all to create our Las Vegas wedding trip video! However, during the ceremony guests are required to remain seated as to not get in the way of the wedding photographers. At your earliest convenience, we request all videos and photos y'all would like to share be sent to our wedding email... Aubreyandjake.wedding@gmail.com.

You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by April 2026

There is always ample parking at any Las Vegas casino, however most if not all require a parking fee.

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Yep, you have to. For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link at the top. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at Aubreyandjake.wedding@gmail.com

Will the wedding ceremony be broadcasted?

Yes! For those who cannot attend in person, we will be broadcasting the wedding live and for viewing up to 24 hours after the ceremony! Webcasting can be viewed at https://webcasting.cashmanpro.com/mb/

Where do I sit during the ceremony?

Choose a seat either side! Y'all are loved by both Bride and Groom! The front row will be reserved for the immediate family of the bride and groom.
