Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a complimentary shuttle from the hotel to/from the ceremony for those who book through the room block. Reference the "travel" tab for more information.

Can I still book through the room block even if my arrival / departure dates are outside of the designated hotel block?

Yes, absolutely! To book additional hotel nights that are outside of the Friday-Sunday block, call 1-888-621-7948 to book and use discount code AS05 "A-S-ZERO-FIVE".

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you follow a semi-formal dress code for our big day. Please note, the ceremony will be held mountainside in a grassy area. Ladies - we'd recommend wearing a block heel or flats... leave your stilettos at home!

While we love your kiddos, we ask that you only bring them if they are addressed on your save the date and invitation.
