FAQs

Question

When to RSVP by?

Answer

Please send your RSVPs in by August 1st, 2026!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire! Our wedding will be a formal, outdoor celebration. We kindly invite guests to dress in formal attire, with neutral tones encouraged to complement the aesthetic of the day. Please avoid wearing white or denim.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only, 21+ event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

If you drive there is ample parking on-site at the venue. And if the drinks are flowing and you'd rather not drive home, the venue allows overnight parking. Just make sure to pick up your car by 11 am the next morning.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We recommend carpooling or making use of a service like UBER. We also recommend planning to be at the venue a little early.

Question

Is the ceremony & the reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Chateau De Lis.

Question

Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting (and let's be honest, September in Oregon can be unpredictable), the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the grounds of Chateau De Lis. The reception will be held in the arboretum which is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Question

Where can I find a schedule for the weekend?

Answer

For a detailed list of all the events, including locations, times and everything in between, head over to the home page. It's all laid out there!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Come thirsty. We'll have an open bar flowing all night. Cheers to that!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that when the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
