What time should I arrive at the chapel?
Answer
Guests are encouraged to arrive at the chapel before 2:00 PM to allow time for preparation and proper orientation.

Are there parking spaces in the venues?
Answer
Free and ample parking spaces are available at both the Caleruega Chapel of Transfiguration and The Palmos Place. However, at Caleruega, spaces may quickly reach capacity during peak Sunday hours, so guests might consider carpooling for ease of parking. While parking for attendees of the reception is conveniently located inside The Palmos Place property.

How do I access the chapel?
Answer
Guests may use the Caleruega Road side entrance (as shown in the photo) for convenient drop-off before parking. Please note the side stairs are steep, so exercise caution. The old entrance is now restricted to Christian camp/retreatants only, making the side entrance the sole access point for wedding guests.

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We invite you to capture moments from our special day, with the gentle request that during the ceremony, photos are taken discreetly from your seat. Please ensure phones are silenced and remain seated so everyone can share in this moment without disruption.

Can I bring a plus one or transfer a slot?
Answer
As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our wedding was conceptualized to be as intimate and as simple as possible. We can only accommodate those who were originally included on our guest list, and we hope you understand.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love little ones, we hope for you to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. Our wedding will be an adults-only occasion, with the exception of our entourage.

Can I sit anywhere during the reception?
Answer
Seats are assigned. Our coordinators will guide you during registration.
