Flight
If you are traveling by plane, we recommend flying in and out of the Philadelphia (PHL) airport. It is conveniently located 30 minutes from the Conshohocken area.
Shuttle
May 2, 2025 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm
The shuttle will transport you from either Hotel West & Main or the Marriot to Appleford Estate and then back to the hotels or the after party at the end of the night! The shuttles from the hotel will start at 3:45pm and end at 4:15pm. On the chance you miss the shuttle, Ubers/Lyfts are also convenient to get from Conshohocken to Villanova. At the end of the evening, you can board the shuttle at 10:00pm and it will depart for the hotels/after party shortly after.
