You know what they say, snow on your wedding day is ... good luck, right? Maybe not, but after living in Madison this winter, we have full confidence in the snow-clearing and safety of travel in the area in the event of a snowy day.
While we're optimistic that 2022 will bring larger gatherings and less face masks, we're being extremely thoughtful in our planning with the global pandemic in mind. Our goal is to communicate any changes that might be made due to COVID19 on this website. Our ultimate priority for our guests is a safe celebration! We strongly encourage our guests to be vaccinated! If vaccination is not possible, we would like guests to have a negative COVID test prior to the event and wear a mask when not eating or drinking. There are many children unable to be vaccinated coming to our wedding, and our priority is to keep them, along with everyone else, safe and healthy. All that being said, we would also like to remind everyone that practicing good hand hygiene and avoiding large gatherings if you have flu-like symptoms will never go out of style!
We're committed to using less paper for our event, which means there will not be individual programs and we will not be mailing reply cards with our invitations. If RSVPing online is difficult for you, please text Jack, Kelsi, Ali, Dana, or Lisa your RSVP response and we will help you out! You can also email responses to alexanderjkwedding@gmail.com
We want all of our guests to experience our ceremony for themselves, and not through an instagram or snapchat screen. Our photographer is extremely talented and will be able to capture the entire day so that our guests can be present and enjoy the ceremony! We ask that our guests silent/turn off their cellular devices for the duration of the ceremony. Once the reception starts, feel free to snap, gram, and tag us in all of your fun party pics!
