Entrees (choose one): 1) All-natural airline chicken breast with duck fat potatoes, haricot verts, roasted heritage carrots, and port reduction (Gluten free). 2) Seared salmon with creamy polenta, fennel slaw and preserved lemon, haricot verts, roasted heritage carrots, and citrus beurre blanc. (Gluten free). 3) Butternut squash ravioli with maple-glazed butternut squash, toasted sunflower seeds, microgreens, and pumpkin seed oil. (Vegetarian).
