FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’ll be sending out formal invitations with an RSVP deadline of April 1st, 2027 so we can finalize plans with our venue. In the meantime, feel free to let us know if you’re planning to attend using the “Pre-RSVP” page on our website—this just helps us plan ahead!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving about 15–20 minutes early so everyone has time to get settled before it starts.

Question

Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside in a sandy beach area, and our reception will take place inside.

Question

What transportation options are available

Answer

Key West is very walkable, and Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is resort formal. Think elegant but relaxed beach style that fits the Key West setting. Women can wear a cocktail dress, midi/maxi dress, or a dressy jumpsuit. Light and breathable fabrics are great for the island weather. Men can wear a linen suit, lightweight suit, or dress shirt with dress pants. A tie or jacket is optional, but welcome.

Question

What is the weather like in Key West?

Answer

Key West is typically warm and humid year-round. We recommend light, breathable clothing and comfortable shoes for walking around the island.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Children are welcome! If your child is included in the invitation, their name will appear when you RSVP on our website. Please note that alcohol will be served during the reception.

Question

Will there be a bar at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an open bar during the reception. Please enjoy responsibly and plan transportation if needed.
