The iconic boardwalk is a great time day or night! For early birds (5am - 1pm) we recommend renting a bike and doing the 2-mile ride. Crest Bike rental is a good starting spot, and if you're ambitious you can ride all the way north to the Hereford Lighthouse. At night the boardwalk will be filled with food, rides, shops and games! Great for all ages.
The best beach in the area for sure! Unfortunately it's a paid beach and will be $10/day or $20/3-day pass. Alternatively the Wildwood beach is free but a far walk to reach the ocean.
The BEST place to watch the sunset! But be warned, it gets packed with people so go 1 hour before the sun sets and bring a towel or chair to relax on. You can sift trough the sand and find thousands of "Cape May diamonds"
Located just a few minutes from Cape May beach, the shops are super cute and there are some hidden gems for food and snacks. Our recommendations are : Magic Brain for coffee, Peace Pie for ice cream, Quincy's for a lobster roll, and Cape May PB Co. for all your peanut butter needs!
There's a great view from the top of the lighthouse, and there's a nature area behind it that's a great place for pictures and a walk.
Great for kids!
Gorgeous farm and small farmer's market where you can feed pigs and chickens - also has delicious food.
Have a drink outside on the lawn and listen to the ocean, or a cocktail inside at The Brown Room for a more sophisticated night. Follow it u by crossing the street and stopping for a cocktails at the piano bar in the Virginia Hotel, we do every time we go to Cape May. - Highly recommend.

Zero frills, lots of gills! Fresh and delicious seafood.
