When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 30th, 2025, so we can tell our venue our final guest count.

What if something comes up and I can no longer attend?

Answer

We are sorry to hear you will miss out on taking part in our special day, but we understand life happens and other obligations can arise! If you have RSVP'd and your plans have changed, please know that we are obligated to pay per guest. Please be courteous and let us know of this change as soon as possible so we can adjust our guest count with our venue. Thank you!

Do you have a registry? Can we bring a gift with us?

Answer

We will be accepting physical donations for Life Network, a pregnancy center here in Colorado Springs that comes alongside mothers during unexpected pregnancies and provides them medical care, emotional support, and physical items to help them and their baby along their journey. Please help us in supporting their mission by bringing baby items such as diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets, toys/books, formula (milk-based), bottles, and baby hygiene products along with you to our event!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony unless you have been asked otherwise by the bride and groom!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal to formal. Our wedding colors are navy blue and basil, so please feel free to wear either of those colors! We just ask that you refrain from wearing loud colors and patterns (such as neon colors and animal print), thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are always welcome, however, we do pay per person, so please reach out to the bride and groom before the RSVP date (April 30th) to discuss bringing your kiddo!

If you do not have a plus one on your invitation, please reach out to the bride and groom before the RSVP deadline (April 30th) to discuss adding a guest.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site with easy access to and from your vehicle should you need it.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to the bride and groom if you have allergies so we can do our best to accommodate any additional needs you might have.
