Question

I was invited to the Friday Backyard Barbecue and Saturday Brunch but will not be lodging at the venue. What should I do?

Answer

These events are totally optional! We wanted to make sure everyone felt included but we know that could be a lot of driving back and forth for our local friends and family; we completely understand if it doesn't work for your schedule. That said, we would of course love to have you join us for all of the activities and hope to see you there!!

Question

I'd like to attend Brunch & Bond but will not have lodging at the venue. Where should I get ready?

Answer

There will be plenty of air-conditioned indoor, communal spaces to get ready on the property if you wish to do so. Ladies, bring an extra mirror for your make-up just in case! Brunch and Bond is estimated to wrap around 1:00PM. If you don't need all 5 hours to get ready, you are welcome to hang at the pool and cool down from the hot day! Floaties and sunscreen will be provided. Light snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day in the Welcome Center.

What else is there to do at the venue during downtime besides the pool?

Answer

Welcome Center & Game Room: A shared space with lounging areas, a main kitchen, and a billiard table. Trails & Creek: Enjoy hiking, self-guided yoga, or fishing along the year-round creek and private pathways. Yoga mats and fishing gear are available onsite. Spend 5 hours getting ready with Connie :) Off-Property Alternative: Sneak away to Zuma Beach, Malibu (approx 15 min drive)
