What Is The Dress Code?

Please dress in cocktail dress, keeping in mind that the ceremony is outdoors. Feel free to wear jackets as necessary for the ceremony.

What If There Is A Blizzard?

We will quickly move the ceremony indoors, and by the fire place!

Are My Kids Invited?

Yes! We want them to come and have fun too!

After you RSVP, you will be asked for any food allergies/aversions.

Will Drinks Be Served?

We will have a selection of alcoholic, non-alcoholic and soft drinks for you in a self-serve, open bar. Please drink responsibly and arrange for your own transportation back to the hotel.

Is There a Shuttle To/From The Hotel

No, guests are responsible for organizing their own transportation around Canmore.

We appreciate your thoughtfulness and attendance most! If you would like to donate to our Honeymoon fund, we would appreciate any contribution you may be comfortable with placed in our card box on the day of or e-transferred to cathy_247@hotmail.com.

Where Can I Go to Smoke?

Answer

The entire property is non-smoking. Please drive to the Grotto Mountain Trailhead, which is off-property for smoking. Please follow "Leave No Trace" ethics and be mindful that you are in the forest.
