Plenty of parking, there will be signage! For RV's, there are specific spots, there will be signs for this too!
Think camping gear / attire, it’s a lakeside campsite after all! Please bring one towel per guest / shower essentials / bedding (sleeping bag & pillow).

As many of you know, Alex and I do not drink alcohol anymore. That being said, we will provide beer and wine (reception will host his and hers mocktails / cocktails) but we will kindly ask that shots not be provided. For NA options, we will provide water / sparkling water / juice for kiddos / NA beer / gatorades.
If you have selected to stay onsite, please note that bedding is not currently provided, but we are working on supplying minimal bedding and will update this section once we know what we will have available to you. It would be helpful if guests could bring their own pillow & sleeping bag!
As many of you are flying into two separate airports, please connect with other members of the family for possible carpooling as there may be other wedding guests on the same flights as you! There are daily trains / shuttles from Seattle to Bellingham, please let us know if you would like help choosing the best option for your family. (Turo is a well known car rental app that is far cheaper than rental agencies and has options for pickup / drop off at airports for ease of travel.) As some of you know, Alex and I moved to Bellingham at the beginning of April, so please let us know if you have any questions regarding this airport. Please note: Bellingham airport does not allow Uber or other transportation apps on their property, so local taxi or carpooling arrangements will be necessary from this airport.
We are aiming to treat this like a combined family reunion at a summer camp by the lakeside, with a short wedding thrown in! For anyone who arrives Thursday, this is our setup day, so anyone interested in helping, please connect with either myself or Alex. (Costco pizza and beverages to be provided) There will be a casual Welcome Party at the lodge on Friday evening as most of you arrive then. There will be a short rehearsal dinner for the wedding party only on Saturday evening at 6pm in the lodge. The ceremony will be short and sweet at 1pm on Sunday at the amphitheater, followed by a reception at the lodge! PLEASE NOTE: directly after the ceremony the photographer will be pulling immediate family members and members of the wedding party aside to take photos, so if that’s you, please remain seated after the ceremony finalizes. On Monday at 11am, we are hosting a Thank You Brunch (continental style) PAJAMA PARTY at the lodge! We hope you can make it before you need to head home! Following brunch, we will be breaking down anything we setup on Thursday, again, please connect with either Alex or myself if you are able / willing to help! Other than the wedding festivities, there is no real schedule, so just grab your sunscreen / swimsuit & RELAX! Words cannot express how excited we are to see each and every one of you! THANK YOU in advance for making our biggest adventure yet full of love and happiness! We can’t wait!!
