Cocktail hour will begin at 4 p.m. Dinner will be served at approximately 5 p.m. after introductions, speeches and a blessing. DINNER INFORMATION Dinner will begin with Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup followed by a Classic Caesar Salad Meal Options: - Stuffed Chicken Breast (Stuffed with Tomato Focaccia, Spinach, Mushrooms, Capers & Mozzarella) in a Basil Cream Sauce, served with Sour Cream and Chive Mashed and Mediterranean Medley Vegetables - Filet Mignon in a Béarnaise Sauce, served with Classic Risotto and Grilled Asparagus - Vegetarian Option is a pasta dish - Children's Meal (chicken fingers, grilled cheese, hotdog kabob w/ fries, or mac & cheese w/ veggies)
