We hope you’ll be able to (finally) join us this January to celebrate our wedding. Even though the past two years have brought some unexpected changes, it’s been an exciting time for the two of us. We first met working together in 2017 (after Em’s maid of honor, Lexie, told Alex “under no circumstances are you allowed to date Emily!”) . By New Year’s Eve 2018, we had gotten together, albeit pretty quietly. The quiet didn’t last long, as we spent nearly a week together, with our friends, in Disney World (talk about a stressful first date…) Alex proposed just about one year later, right after Christmas 2019. Between then and now, we’ve bought a home together, adopted a (second) cat, and begun planning what the rest of our life will look like. And we’re so excited that you’ll be a part of it!
