Early check-in can be requested, but is not guaranteed. We will be providing a bus from the hotel to the venue. If you plan on utilizing this bus, please indicate as such on your RSVP. Please plan to board the bus at 4:15 as it will be leaving from the hotel no later than 4:20 PM.

We will also be providing buses from the venue back to the hotel/after party. An earlier bus will leave at 9:30 PM and the final buses will depart at the end of the reception at 10:30 PM. You do not need to let us know ahead of time if you are planning to take one of the buses home!

Travel Note

Driving/Rideshare

If you miss any of the buses, or if you prefer to travel separately, Ubers and Lyfts are very easy to find in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. You should have no issue finding a ride either to or from the Swedish Museum. The Swedish Museum does have a free parking lot on site for those who wish to drive. However, we highly encourage anyone who plans on taking advantage of our open bar to utilize the buses or an uber/lyft!
