Charleston International Airport (CHS) is situated 12 miles northwest of downtown Charleston, it takes about 15- 20 minutes depending on traffic. Both taxi and rideshare transportation (Uber and Lyft) are available from the airport, with travel to downtown Charleston starting at around $25. Alternatively, multiple car rentals agencies are available at the airport as well.
