Bus From Madrid to The Venue

Leaves at 3:15 pm

- The bus from Madrid to the venue will pick everyone up at this location: Hotel Mediodia (address: Plaza Del Emperador Carlos V, 8, Madrid). Please be at this location NO LATER THAN 3 PM as the bus leaves at 3:15 pm. - You'll arrive at the venue around 4:30 pm to check in to your paid-for and provided hotel room before the ceremony. - The hotel rooms have already been paid for, but you will need your passport and credit card (to have on file for any incidentals) in order to check in. So please make sure you bring both with you.

Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

- The ceremony starts at 6pm, so please be at the garden by 5:45 pm (there will be signs and you can always ask the reception for directions) - The ceremony will be approximately 45 minutes long

Cocktail Hour

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

- Cocktail Hour will be from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. - All guests will be guided from the ceremony space to the terrace where the cocktail hour will be hosted. - Food and drinks will be served throughout this time (and there will be a 3-course dinner to follow)

Dinner

8:45pm - 10:45pm

- Dinner will be served from 8:45 - 10:45 pm - Dinner consists of a plated 3-course meal.

Reception

From 11:00pm on

- Now its time to party! The reception starts at 11 pm, with no set end time so we can keep the good vibes going. - There will be an open bar and late-night snacks.

The Next Morning

Breakfast and Bus back to Madrid

- Breakfast is provided the next morning. We will add the time and area of the hotel here once finalized and announce this at the wedding. - There will be a private bus to take everyone back to Madrid from the venue at 12 pm. Please be in the reception area by 11:45 am as the bus leaves at 12 pm. - We will arrive back in Madrid at Hotel Mediodia (address: Plaza Del Emperador Carlos V, 8, Madrid) at around 1:30 pm. - If you are not going back to Madrid, you can ask the hotel staff at the reception desk to call you a taxi to the train station.

- De bus van Madrid naar de locatie van de bruiloft in Toledo haalt iedereen op bij deze plek: Hotel Mediodia (adres: Plaza Del Emperador Carlos V, 8, Madrid). ZORG DAT JE UITERLIJK OM 15:00 op deze plek bent want de bus vertrekt om 15:15. - Je arriveert rond 16:30 uur bij de locatie om in te checken in je hotelkamer vóór de ceremonie. - De hotelkamers zijn reeds betaald, maar je hebt je paspoort en creditcard (voor eventuele extra kosten) nodig om in te checken. Zorg er dus voor dat je beide meeneemt.

Ceremonie

18:00-18:45

- De ceremonie begint om 18:00 uur, dus zorg dat je uiterlijk om 17:45 uur in de tuin aanwezig bent (er zullen borden staan ​​en je kunt de exacte plek altijd bij de receptie navragen).

Cocktail Hour

19:00-20:30

- Cocktail Hour vindt plaats van 19:00 tot 20:30 uur. - Alle gasten worden van de ceremonie naar het terras begeleid waar het Cocktail Hour wordt gehouden. - Hier worden hapjes en drankjes geserveerd en aansluitend vindt er een driegangendiner plaats.

Diner

20:45-22:45

Het diner bestaat uit een driegangenmenu dat aan tafel wordt geserveerd.

Feest met open bar

Vanaf 23:00

- Nu is het tijd om te feesten! Het feest begint om 23:00 uur, zonder vaste eindtijd! - Er is een open bar en er zijn late-night snacks.

De volgende ochtend

Ontbijt en eventueel bus terug naar Madrid

- Het ontbijt wordt de volgende ochtend verzorgd. We zullen de tijd en locatie in het hotel hier toevoegen zodra deze definitief zijn en dit tijdens de bruiloft bekendmaken. - Er is een privébus die iedereen om 12:00 vanaf de locatie terugbrengt naar Madrid. Zorg dat je om 11:45 uur bij de receptie bent, aangezien de bus om 12:00 uur vertrekt. - We komen rond 13:30 uur terug in Madrid bij Hotel Mediodia (adres: Plaza Del Emperador Carlos V, 8, Madrid). - Als je niet teruggaat naar Madrid, kun je het hotelpersoneel bij de receptie vragen om een ​​taxi te bellen.
