Alex Chen
Best Man
Alex Chen currently resides in the Washington D.C. area with his wife and two beautiful daughters. He works for Campus Outreach which is a campus ministry organization and that is how we met in college. Alex went to the University of Connecticut and was invited to Campus Outreach’s annual New Year’s conference in 2010 by his brother. We met at this conference and became friends, but our friendship really grew during the summer of 2011 when both of us attended a summer outreach program organized by Campus Outreach called summer beach project. Throughout our entire friendship even though we were several states apart from one another we have always stayed connected. From our road trip to attend Urbana in St. Louis back in 2012 to exploring Japan in 2017, we have shared so many wonderful experiences together. Alex is one of my friends who has always challenged me to grow as a man and a follower of Christ in so many different ways.
Brandon Coffey

Brandon lives in Charlotte with his beautiful wife and son. Brandon is a computer whiz and he was my Bible study group leader for 2 years. We lived together in college for a year and had neighboring rooms. He is avid drummer and loved the office. He was instrumental in my spiritual life in college and still is to this day!
Jimmy Hamm

Jimmy is a teacher in North Carolina. He is married to Kathleen and they have 4 children! Jimmy and I met in college at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro during our freshman year at a men’s bible study. Since then we have been really good friends and inseparable. In the spring of 2010 Jimmy and his pastor baptized me. Jimmy has been one of my close friends who has always encouraged me and pushed me to be a godly man.
Ken Virzi

Ken is a flight attendant base in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas and resides in California. I met Ken in my flight attendant training class in 2016, but we didn’t become close friends until we started flying out of Miami August 2016 Ken has been a dear brother to me and was my primary Christian community during my time being based in Miami with my company. We got to travel the world together going to places like India, Brazil, England, and more!

Diana is Dee’s older sister who works as a registered dietician and lives in Alabama with her husband Tyler. Diana and Dee have always been two peas in a pod growing up. Dee even followed Diana to college at Georgia State University. Dee looks up to her sister and they have been each other’s support in every aspect of life.
Savannah Thompson
Maid of Honor
Savannah works as an event planner and lives in Georgia with her dog hazel. Dee met Savannah at church years ago and since then they have been inseparable. Life with them is a good time full of fun, laughter, and endless conversations! They have been there for each other through everything and are each other’s support. They have so much in common from being tea lovers to big fans of “Anne of Green Gables!
Candace Barnes

Candace is from Georgia and went to UGA. She is very very I mean VERY passionate about her Georgia Bulldogs! She is fluent in Spanish and loves spending time with her friends. Candace is a flight attendant based in Charlotte and Dee met her in flight attendant training in 2018. They immediately connected over Georgia and Jesus. Even though they have been based in 2 different cities, that has not stopped them from growing close to one another in friendship. Candace played a crucial role in our love story because she was the one that told me that we were going to be in San Pedro Sula, Honduras at the same time on November 25, 2021. So it was Candace who introduced us to one another!
Mary Catherine Siegmann

Mary Catherine is a occupational therapist in Georgia and is married to her husband Luke. To me and Dee she goes by M.C.! M.C. and Dee met in college at Georgia State University. They met at the honors college one day during lunch time in the kitchen area. Dee was having lunch with a friend when M.C. out of no where laughed at a joke Dee’s friend made. Since that day M.C. and Dee became inseparable having lunch every Tuesday and Thursday during their college years to traveling the world together! The first time I heard about M.C. was during the month of April when me and Dee were asking each other thoughtful questions a day to one another. The question I asked Dee was: “Who brings out the best in you?” Her answer was M.C and ever since I met her in person I completely understand why she is that person for Dee!
