Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know if you can attend. We would appreciate a Yes/No by the latest 4/15/25

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We understand it takes time, energy, and money to be here celebrating with us. As such, we are grateful for your presence and don't expect any gifts. If you would still like to get us a present you can find a registry linked from the home page

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:45, we ask that you are there by 4:05 so we may have all guests seated and welcomed before the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Be cocktail hour comfortable! This will be early summer in Park City and can be hot during the day and chilly in the evening. The latter half of the wedding day will be on Main Street. This is a steep street and might involve some walking.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, our ceremony and dinner venues are limited in size and we don't have the room to accommodate any little ones.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? See also, general getting around advice.

Answer

If you prefer to drive yourself, you may park at the ceremony location at 2861 Estates Drive. If you would like to take your own transport to Main St, there is parking available in several parking lots surrounding the area. Most places in Park City have free parking through 6.30. There is the China Bridge parking garage, available for a few dollars/hour, and the library, which offers free parking. We will provide transportation from the ceremony location to Main St. Many hotels also offer shuttles within Park City. There is also the option to use High Valley Transit. You can download this from your native app store. High Valley Transit is free and helps people get around the city by using buses and cars. It is a super useful app to get around while you are visiting.

Question

What do I bring?

Answer

Please bring your ID if you plan on enjoying wine at dinner or heading out to the bars after. Even if you are clearly over 21 (you don't look a day over) it is Utah and because of our liquor laws, no one is let in without a valid ID the bouncers can scan. Main St. is also hilly so plan footwear accordingly

Question

Where should I stay? Any Recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We will end the night on Main Street in Park City. We recommend staying either walking distance from Main Street or close by on the free bus route https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules High Valley Transit App for getting around Park City - also free A few hotels within walking distance to Main Street are: 1) Treasure Mountain Inn (If you call the front desk and mention you are with the wedding group, you will receive 10% off the price) https://www.treasuremountaininn.com/ 2) VRBO - there are a lot of private condos either on Main St. or several blocks away available for rent On the bus route: 1) DoubleTree - https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/slcywdt-doubletree-park-city-the-yarrow/ 2) Various VRBO/AirBnB rentals are also on the free bus route

Question

Any additional tips or recommendations?

Answer

Park City is at 7,000 ft of elevation. If you are coming from sea level you will feel the effects of alcohol much sooner than you are used to. In addition, main street where we will be having dinner and drinks is fairly steep. Even locals get winded walking up it so take your time. Altitude sickness is a possibility but staying hydrated and taking it easy are great ways to prevent it.
