Summery or cocktail attire - your preference! It will be cool, so dress warm! We also recommend shoes that will be comfortable on grass.
Shuttles will leave front of the Coeur d'Alene resort at 6:30 PM, bringing guests to Elk Point. A second shuttle will leave the Coeur d'Alene resort around 7:15 PM. Food, beer, and wine will be provided. If weather allows, this will be a mostly outdoor event, with high top tables and chairs on their lawn overlooking the lake. The first shuttle will leave Elk Point at 9:30 PM and return to the Coeur d'Alene resort. The second shuttle will leave Elk Point at 10:00 PM, returning to the resort. If unable to meet these shuttle times, Uber’s are usually plentiful or guests are welcome to drive and park in the lot immediately behind the venue.

A passenger boat departing the Coeur d'Alene Resort Marina will board guests between 3 and 3:30 PM and arrive at the venue by 4PM. The departure location is in the marina immediately behind the resort, however if you are unsure how to get there, ask any hotel staff and they will point you in the right direction. Alternatively, overnight parking is available at the venue, and is an 8-10 minute drive from the resort. Uber’s can also be taken to the venue. The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (pending the weather). The reception will be indoors, however the venue has large floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened as doors, providing ample fresh air and circulation. After dinner and dancing, buses departing the venue at 10PM and 11PM will bring guests back to the Coeur d'Alene resort.

Breakfast sandwiches, coffee and waters will be provided on Whispers Patio Sunday morning between 9:30am-11am. This is very casual- not seated or plated, so feel free to stop by at any time and say goodbyes to the bride and groom if you’d like!
