Two buses will be making two trips from the SpringHill Suites Hotel to the venue and back. The first trip will be leaving at 2:00 PM and the second trip will be leaving at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests to utilize the earlier buses as space will be limited. Drinks will be provided for guests who arrive at the venue early. Ubers are usually available to get to the venue, but are not available for trips back to your hotel or rental. If you choose to drive, you can leave your car in the parking lot overnight, but it must be picked up by 10:00 AM the next morning.
While we love your littles, our venue is not large enough to accommodate everyone's children.
Please refrain from bringing outside alcohol or illicit substances on any of the Wilds property. The Wilds has a strict policy on this and will remove guests who violate this policy. There will be drinks provided before the ceremony and there will be an open bar for the remainder of the night.
