What time should I arrive at the Lake George Club?

Please plan on being seated no later than 4:15pm!

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit. Plan on bringing a jacket for the ceremony, looks like it may be a little chilly!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?
Answer
We will have two small shuttles from the Sagamore with limited capacity. The first round of shuttles will be at the Sagamore at 3:30 and then will be back just before 4pm. Please note each shuttle can only hold 14 passengers, so please plan accordingly. The Sagamore does offer a complimentary shuttle as well, you will just need to let the front desk know that you need to be at the Lake George Club at 4:15pm (at the latest). We will also have shuttles from the Lake George Club back to the Sagamore starting at 10pm, 10:15pm, 10:30pm, & 10:45pm. Again, please plan accordingly, the shuttles will not be able to accommodate everyone on the later times. For those staying in the village, we recommend taking an uber to and from the Lake George Club or utilizing a taxi service. Cell service at the Lake George Club is limited, so please plan accordingly.

ASAP! With our wedding being over Columbus day weekend, hotels will most likely fill up quickly.

Is there a room block?
Answer
Unfortunately, with it being a holiday weekend we were unable to reserve a room block. The Sagamore has offered a room discount for those wishing to stay on the property for a minimum of 3 nights. If you have already booked a room and would like to utilize the discount, you can call the front desk and they will be able to adjust the rate! Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Are Ubers available in the area?
Answer
