Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP attend our celebration. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will transportation from the Ceremony to the Reception be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available to transport guests from the ceremony to the reception and back to the hotels in our block at the end of the evening. Please note on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle so we can ensure there is seating for everyone.

Question

For those driving, will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Convenient parking is available in the lot behind and across from Our Lady of Solitude for the ceremony. For the reception at Sun City Palm Desert, ample guest parking is available. When you arrive, please check in at the front gate (located off of Washington St on Del Webb Blvd) —your name will be on the guest list for entry. A quick note: Sun City has a strict community speed limit, so we kindly ask everyone to follow the posted signs as you make your way in.

Question

Where do you recommend staying?

Answer

We have secured room blocks at two hotels in the heart of downtown Palm Springs located blocks away from our church. Details on booking these rooms can be found on the "Travel" tab of our website. Guests can also consider several boutique options in Palm Springs in close proximity to the church and other hotels.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Palm Springs in early October is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the 80s–90s°F and cooler evenings. Please keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, while cocktail hour will be held outside.
