In Fall of 2020, we went to a pumpkin patch for one of our first dates. It was peak COVID times but we took our masks off (briefly) to take this pic.

We went on many late night snack runs during college. We took this pic after driving around for an hour and finally deciding on Wendy's.

Cate met Alex's extended family in July of 2021 at the Meadows family reunion. This is a picture one of Alex's cousins snapped of us after a round of tubing.

This is a picture of us on Halloween in 2021 at a Scooby Doo-themed party. Alex dressed as Shaggy, and Cate dressed as Dusk from the Hex Girls.

In January 2021, we had a joint luau-themed birthday party for Cate and two of our other friends. Cate wanted to take a lot of selfies in her flower crown

In December 2021, we attended a Christmas Party at Cate's former firm, and Cate's mother took this pic of us in front of the Christmas tree.

In March 2022, we attended Belmont Law School's Barrister's Ball and took a picture in front of the balloon arch for the prom aesthetic.

In 2022, we traveled to Gatlinburg with Alex's family for the Holidays. Alex's mother took this pic of us while we were shopping downtown.

On July 20th, Cate was at a Sounds Game and thought that Alex was in Lexington working on a paper. However, Alex had driven down to surprise her earlier that day and proposed on her back porch when she came home.

We never went to an MTSU football game together, but we snapped this picture outside of the stadium at Alex's graduation in 2022.

A persistent feature of our relationship has been supporting each other through academic challenges. We took this pic in May 2021 after Cate survived her Honors thesis, aided by Alex's love & support.

Cate took this pic on the night Alex proposed. Alex's Granny kindly gifted us the engagement ring she received from Alex's Pa.

The day after we got engaged we went down to Murfreesboro to tell Cate's parents the news and then celebrated by going to see Barbie. Cate's mom took this picture of us at the Woodbury Drive-In.
