We have a block of rooms at the Home2 Suites in Petaluma available at a discounted rate of $79/night. However, you are more than welcome to make your own accommodations closer to the wedding venue. Please see the 'Travel' tab for additional information.
Guests are free to arrive at the venue as early as 3:00 PM. We ask that all guests plan to arrive no later than 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM-sharp processional start time.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by family photos and a cocktail hour at 4:30 PM. Dinner service will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by dancing & games! Festivities end at 10:00 PM.
Garden Party Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, cocktail dresses or traditional dress. The theme is California wildflowers (poppy oranges, lupine purples, redwood greens, and marigold yellows) — we would love to see a superbloom! The ceremony and reception will be held across indoor and outdoor spaces in a vineyard setting, so we recommend wearing comfortable footwear (e.g. block heels and wedges over stilettos).
There is parking available for 50 vehicles at the venue but it will be very tight given our guest count. Please try to carpool or take our free-of-charge shuttle bus if possible!
Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the Home2 Suites in Petaluma (indicate your interest in taking this bus in your RSVP & see 'Travel' tab above).
We love your little ones! However, due to venue capacity limitations, we have only invited the children who are part of the wedding party or immediate family. If you’re unsure, feel free to check in with us — we’re happy to clarify.
The venue explicitly prohibits guests bringing any pets aside from registered or certified service or guide animals. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing a service animal.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony and we will have multiple professional photographers & videographers working all day to document this special occasion. You are welcome to take all the photos you want at the dinner and reception, but we ask that you please keep your phones in your purses/pockets and silenced for our ceremony.
Appetizers: Assorted charcuterie, coffee, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner (buffet-style): NY Steak, Grilled Salmon, Vegetable Napoleon w/salads and assorted sides. Dessert: Tiramisu, fresh fruit, and (of course) wedding cake!
Expect a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at our open bar all night! We're also happy to have Celebration Coffee catering our cocktail hour with a boutique mobile espresso bar!
Yes! Please indicate any allergens or food restrictions in your RSVP.
We appreciate your thoughtfulness! For our registry, we are asking that guests send monetary contributions to our couple's fund which will go toward a housing down payment. We will also have a card basket at the venue. If you'd like to send something special, you can find all the details under the 'Registry' tab above.
