After talking with our venue, we now are able to host a small reception of sorts for extended family in the parking lot. We ask that everyone stay in their cars for this event. We will still be getting married in the gardens, and we ask that guests come to the parking lot to stream the event at 4:30pm. (Please be parked at 4:30 as that is when the ceremony will be starting). After we are married we will stream our first dance and cake cutting. Then we will be coming out to each car and saying hi to everyone while we all maintain a safe distance. We will deliver cupcakes to your car and we will be able to celebrate together. If you are interested in coming, please still RSVP. Thanks!
We met during our first year of at Brigham Young University in 2017. Alex had just come home from an LDS Mission in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was starting my second semester at BYU. We were assigned the same workstation where we were cooks in the freshman cafeteria and became fast friends. From game nights to late-night runs to the grocery store, all of it led to when he finally asked me out a year later. We were official in March of 2018, and have been together for almost two years now. We are so excited to be starting our lives together and are so excited that our family and friends will be there to witness it.
