Dress Code
PLEASE DO NOT FEEL LIKE YOU MUST MATCH OUR COLORS. We hoped to give a guideline for folks, but we don’t want anyone to feel like they need to buy a new outfit specifically for us. We want our celebration to have a formal, elegant feel. We encourage long dresses and elevated evening attire, with suits welcome and tuxes not required. I've included some colors that are part of our wedding theme but honestly anything goes for colors! It will be an outdoor event so plan accordingly, and the ceremony will be taking place on the Lodge’s lawn (No stilettoes!). In the evening we are still going to be in a covered area with firepits and heaters, but we also would recommend bringing a jacket since we're not sure what the temperatures are going to be if you leave the heated areas. Unfortunately there are not blankets provided by Skamania so if you think you may get chilly please plan on bringing a coat!
Ultimately? Semi-Formal
But ultimately, we aren't picky. We just know it helps to have the official title of a dress code. We love you all and ultimately want you to feel happy and comfortable! If you're on the fence though about a formal long white/cream/eggshell dress, maybe choose one of our other wonderful colors offered above (hehe).
