If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that would be super helpful! We ask that you do it before March 1st. After that date any unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending."
Please arrive at the Sand Springs Venue between 2:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3 p.m.
Yes! There is a big area marked off for parking.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our ceremony. We will have a time carved out during for you to take some photos.
Of course! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Though we are having an open bar, please consider tipping our amazing bartender. This is encouraged but not required. We have been excited for this day so please party accordingly.
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside. There will be a patio that will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, etc.
