We've Eloped!

Their story begins on New Years Eve 2016. Brittany was celebrating with friends and Alex was exploring Washington, DC for the first time. After midnight, Brittany was walking home and passed a cute guy who said hi. They each kept walking but looked back, creating an opening. Alex turned back to chase Brittany down creating a movie meet cute moment.

Alex planned a trip to NYC with friends to help celebrate Brittany's birthday. Brittany was unknowingly working at the hotel while Stephanie and Dave helped Alex scout out the perfect spot. Before dinner, the group decided to take a walk in Central Park. Though Brittany was clueless, Alex began to get nervous. After arriving at the previously selected spot, Alex got Brittany "in position" under the ruse of taking a photo. He got down on one knee..... and you know the rest. She said yes!
