Maddie is Bri's best friend from college. Maddie and Bri met in an Introduction to Exercise course, in which they were paired up for a group presentation. They talked briefly during class for the first two semesters of knowing each other, but that changed when Maddie invited Bri to get dinner. They talked for hours over that one meal in which they found they had a lot in common. They soon became best friends and lived together while pursuing their graduate degrees in physical therapy. Maddie played a huge role in Alex's surprise proposal to Bri in Sedona, AZ.
Avi Manthe
Best Man
Avi and Bri met in pre-school, where Bri constantly asked Avi to tell her the alphabet in Indian. They then went to not only grade school but also high school together. Avi and Bri traveled in different social circles throughout high school, but they always remained friends and were very supportive of one another. Avi and Alex met freshman year of college and quickly became good friends. Avi is actually the reason we are here today. He introduced Alex to Bri at a party he was hosting in college. He now lives with Alex and Bri in Bellevue, where they can all be found cooking, watching action movies, and bickering as close friends who grew up together do.
Gina Strzyzewski

Gina is Bri's best friend from high school. They had taken almost all of the same classes freshman year and ate at the same lunch table every day. During this time, Bri and Gina got to know each other, and Bri realized Gina truly was the funniest and most outgoing person she had ever met. They stayed close throughout college and have become even closer since both graduating.
Aaron Tonn

Aaron is Alex's little brother. Alex was 6 years old when Aaron was born, and his life as the sole child who received all the attention came to an end. As children, they could be found wrestling in the living room (to their mother's trepidation), and trading Hot Wheels cars. To this day, Aaron and Alex bond over their love of golf, the outdoors, and family.
Kendra Krcma

Kendra is one of Bri's closest friends from high school. They also got to know each other in class and at the lunch table. They briefly played basketball in high school and both quickly realized that competitive sports were not for them. Instead, they spent time together watching rom-coms, talking around a bonfire, and trying out different restaurants. Bri wants it noted that she wants to watch other movies, but Kendra only wants to watch Yellowstone or Melissa McCarthy movies.
Parker Ulness
Groomsman
Parker is one of Alex's closest friends. They met as college roommates at UW-Whitewater, and quickly settled into college life. Sharing such a tight space with someone forces you to get to know them really well. Parker and Alex continued to be roommates throughout college. Parker's easy-going and simple lifestyle made him very easy to live with. Since graduating, they have enjoyed going on numerous group trips together, such as hiking in Glacier National Park and Hawaii.
Kendra Pekarek

Kendra is Bri's cousin, but really, they're more like sisters. Kendra, Bri, and Nick grew up together. During the summer, they spent almost all of their time with their Grandma Marion and Grandpa Roland, where they played tennis, basketball, and swam together. They now play recreational volleyball together, occasionally watch trashy reality TV, and go to different sushi restaurants where Kendra refuses to try any actual raw fish. Their bond will last a lifetime.
Nick Obry

Nick is Bri's little brother. Growing up, they played every sport and video game imaginable together with their parents and neighbors. Nick would also make / strongly encourage Bri to watch him play said video games and would beg her to make him mac and cheese since he "just couldn't make it as good as she could." Nick is getting married just two months later, in August of this year!
Julia Coti
Bridesmaid
Julia is Bri's friend from college. Julia and Briwere in the same classes while studying to become physical therapists. Julia was truly one of Bri's "lifesavers" in school. She and Bri became close while studying for practicals and various exams throughout college. Julia lives in Illinois, so while they don't get to see each other very often, they stay in touch and always support one another.
Walker Knudson
Groomsman
Walker and Alex have been friends since freshman year of college. They became closer sophomore year when Alex would frequent his apartment to escape the dorm life. Walker's sarcastic sense of humor and personable character make him very easy to get along with. Over the years, Walker and Alex have enjoyed many group trips together, including spring break in South Padre, TX, traveling to Hawaii, and hiking in Montana and California.
