McCarran International Airport approximately 3 miles away from the hotel. Vegas does have designated pickup locations at the airport and most hotels for Uber/Lyft and other rideshare services, so keep that in mind when you request your ride as it might take you some time to get to the designated area. Uber riders getting picked up from McCarran Airport have a dedicated pick-up spot in each terminal. In Terminal 1, head over to T1 Parking and take the elevator up to Level 2M. In Terminal 3, head to T3 Parking and take the elevator down to the Valet Level (V). If you are traveling with a large group, or if you have some extra luggage, Uber’s high-capacity vehicle like uberXL or UberSUV are your best bets. Average taxi ride $20.00. Shuttles are approximately $14.00 roundtrip. You need to schedule a shuttle in advance if you want that option. There is a bus stop RIGHT outside of the hotel that takes you anywhere on the strip or downtown. The Deuce operates 24 hours a day and The Express 9am- Midnight. There is a monorail station (SAHARA station) that is about a 6 minute walk from the Stratosphere. The Monorail stops at the following resorts: MGM Grand, Bally’s/Paris – one stop for both), Flamingo/Caesar’s Palace, Harrah’s/LINQ, Las Vegas Convention Center, Westgate, the Stratosphere (SAHARA). This is a good option if you are trying to get to one of these hotels or casinos that is connected to one of these stops, as it will be the fastest- but for any other reason, it will probably be a longer walk.
