What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:40pm, as the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle transporting guests from the hotels to the ceremony, as well as shuttle options from the reception back to the hotels. Departure times will be announced closer to the event

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request semi formal or garden attire. Please consider full length or midi dress and suit jackets (tie optional). For those wearing high heels, please be mindful that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place in grass (weather permitting)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be parking available at The Cox Ranch
