Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help us in our planning; however we will need to know by June 2nd at the latest. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love all of your little ones, we’d like to give you the night off to be present with us and enjoy in our celebration, and kindly ask that this be an adult-only affair.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In effort to keep our wedding as intimate and personal as possible, we can only accommodate those guests included in your invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The venue will open to our guests at 4:00pm and we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 4:30p. Arriving by 4:20pm would be greatly appreciated.

Question

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

Our wedding day celebration will be at The Gardens at Heather Farms. When you arrive you may park in the lot right as you turn in; from there you'll want to head down the ramp/walkway to the left of the entrance, making your way all the way down to the Rose Garden Gazebo. We will have a welcome table and staff to help guide your way.

Question

Can I take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Question

What should I wear, what will the weather be like?

Answer

We are excited for a warm sunny June celebration, with weather historically around 80 degrees in the day. We suggest Semi-Casual Summer Attire... summer and maxi dresses or flowy blouses for the ladies, collared and button up shirts and khakis or slacks for the fellas. The ceremony will have some seating on the lawn, and you will be moving through the paved garden as the day progresses, so comfortable footwear is recommended. Flats or a chunky heel for the ladies may be most comfortable.

Question

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

We will be serving various styles and types of food between our cocktail hour and dinner spread, we hope to have something for everyone to enjoy; however if you have an allergy we should be mindful of, do please be sure to let us know.

Question

Will you be providing a bar?

Answer

We are happy to host an open bar for your enjoyment at our celebration.

Question

We'd like to stay in the area, do you have a recommendation?
