When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Corpus Christi is located in downtown Portsmouth and does have two reasonably sized parking lots. There is also a parking lot at the Three Chimmneys, however it is smaller, so we do recommends carpooling if you have a buddy you get along with.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear clothing appropriate for a wedding in a Catholic church. Modest and semi formal to formal clothing would be ideal.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western in downtown Portsmouth for a discounted rate of $160/night. The Best Western information is in the Travel tab of this website. Hotels in Portsmouth can get pricey, so we do recommend going with that hotel. But feel free to stay wherever makes the most sense for you.

We're having a dry wedding and ask that you don't "pre-game". :)

Can I take photos of the wedding?

Answer

We are hiring a photographer and ask that you don't take photos of the wedding yourself to respect the mass. In addition, we want to see your smiling faces out in the pews, not all your camera phones! :) After the wedding, we will upload photos to the gallery for everyone to view and access.
