Things To Do/Places to Eat
Glacier National Park
If you have time, take a drive up to Glacier National Park! The park is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the venue. The drive up Going To The Sun Road is breathtaking. If you are planning to visit the park, be sure to check out their website to reserve tickets!
Flathead Lake
Flathead Lake is the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi. The wedding venue is on the west side of the lake. Alex grew up spending his summers with family on the lake. If you have time check out the beach in Somers, or spend 2 hours taking the scenic drive around the lake. Plus, plenty of places in Lakeside, Somers, and Bigfork to eat on the water.
Mount Aeneas Summit Trail
This hike in Flathead National Forest is the first hike that Alex and I did together. If you are feeling adventurous, take the morning to hike the gorgeous terrain. Be warned, it is not for the weak!
Moose's Saloon
Alex's personal favorite pizza. They have a great atmosphere, great pizza, sandwiches and beer.
SunRift Beer Company - Kalispell
SunRift is one of the best Brewery's in town. Great food, a great atmosphere and some of the best Trivia, cornhole, and staff in the valley.
Del's Bar & Grill
Del's is located in Somers and very close to the Best Western Plus. Del's has great food, make sure to try some fried chicken!
Tamarack Brewing Company
Located in Lakeside, Tamarack has some of the best food and drinks in the entire valley!
