Where is the venue?

Answer

We are getting married in an outdoor space connected to an Urban Warehouse. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors while the reception will be inside at the same venue. The Croft Downtown Phoenix 22 E Buchanan St Phoenix, AZ 85004

Is there valet parking?

Answer

Valet Parking is complementary to the venue, we recommend rideshare if you plan on partying hard with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm. We kindly ask that guests aim to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow you time to find your seat and sip on a glass of champagne!

Will the venue let me in if I am late?

Answer

No, they do not allow for late access. Please show up in a timely manner.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a brief window where guests can take pictures during the ceremony(it will be announced). Otherwise, this will be an unplugged ceremony but please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like during cocktail hour and during the reception!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear cocktail attire. We want our guests to feel their best! Please do not wear jeans, shorts, t-shirts, flip flops etc. Also...please NO white.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

No, this will be a 21+ event. We want all of our guests to be able to relax and enjoy the celebration. Please plan accordingly.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Duh. We do ask that you bring CASH for tips for the bartenders, Venmo is also available.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

An elevated buffet style dinner will be offered, featuring a variety of dishes to accommodate most dietary restrictions. There will be plenty of delicious options for everyone to enjoy.

What hotel should I stay in?

Answer

There is a reserved hotel room block at The Renaissance Phoenix Downtown hotel. The block is first come first serve, so reserve quick. There are also a variety of other hotels within walking distance to the venue; ex. The Moxy, Home 2 Suites, Residence Inn, and Hyatt.

What is the best way to contact you with questions?

We are happy to answer any questions you may have leading up to the wedding! Please feel free to reach out to either the bride or groom with any inquiries. However, we kindly ask that you avoid contacting us on the morning of the wedding, as we will be busy getting ready and soaking in the special moments. If you have any urgent questions that can’t wait, please contact our officiant. Thank you for understanding!
