What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts @ 5pm. Please be there at least 10-15 minutes before ceremony begins.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love the kids in our family, this will be an ADULT ONLY event. We recommend a babysitter so you can boogie all night long!

Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be outside. Reception will be indoors.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is a parking lot of guests to park by the venue!

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Each guest will be given a drink ticket for 1 alcoholic drink. The rest of the drinks can be purchased at the Cash Bars throughout the evening. $8-Beer, $9-Wine, and $10-Cocktail

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The address for the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum is 2021 N Kinney Rd, Tucson, AZ 85743. When you arrive, please follow signage leading to the Baldwin Education Building and Warden Oasis Theater. This will take you to a large lower parking lot where you will park on the SE side near the “Art Institute Classrooms” sign.
