What time should I arrive at the ceremony? / A que hora debo llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

We ask everyone attending the ceremony to be seated by 3:15 but are welcome to arrive as early as 2:45 PM. Pedimos a todos que ban atender la ceremonia que tomen asiento pa las 3:15 pero son bienvenidos llegar tan temprano como a las 2:45 PM.

Are kids welcome at the ceremony? Lo niños son bienvenidos en la ceremonia?

Answer

We love your little ones dearly; however, to ensure a calm and uninterrupted ceremony, we kindly ask that children under the age of 5 do not attend the ceremony. There is an Artrium where parents are still able to to see the ceremony and still be with your little ones. Thank you for understanding and helping us make this moment extra special. Queremos muchísimo a sus pequeñitos, pero para que la ceremonia sea tranquila y sin interrupciones, les pedimos de favor que los niños menores de 5 años no entren a la ceremonia. Hay un área tipo estancia (el Atrio) donde pueden estar con sus niños y ver todo lo que pasa sin perderse de nada. Gracias por entender y por ayudarnos a que este momento sea todavía más especial."

Is there a dress code? / Hay algun codigo de vestir?

Answer

Please be aware that the ceremony will take place outside. July in Texas is no joke! Please dress in light fabrics and stay hydrated. Spring semi-formal. Pastels & Florals welcome. Spring dresses encouraged. Tengan en cuenta que la ceremonia seria afuera. ¡El calor de Texas en julio no es broma! Les recomendamos venir con ropa de tela ligera y mantenerse bien hidratados. Semi-formal de primavera. Tonos pastel y estampados florales son bienvenidos. Vestidos estilo primaveral recomendados.

Is the ceremony and reception being held at the same place? / La ceremonia y la recepcion se celebraran en el mismo lugar?

Answer

Yes, both ceremony and reception will be he held at Willow Creek Event Space, ceremony will take place outside and reception will take place inside. Si, tanto la ceremonia como la recepcion se celebraran en Willow Creek Spacio De Eventos. La ceremonia seria afuera y la recepcion seria adentro en el interior.

Will there be assigned seating? / ¿Habrá asientos asignados?

Answer

No, there will not be assigned seating. Seating will be open. Some tables will be reserved but will have a reserved sign on them. No, no habrá asientos asignados. El acomodo será libre. Algunas mesas estarán reservadas, pero tendrán un letrero de “Reservado”.

What is the vibe for the reception? / ¿Cuál será el ambiente de la fiesta?

Answer

We’re starting the night with classic hits and family favorites, but please be aware that after 9:00 PM, the music will switch to a high-energy party vibe. Some songs may contain explicit lyrics as we turn up the volume and hit the dance floor. We wanted to give everyone a heads-up so you can decide when it’s time for the little ones (or the early birds) to head out! Empezaremos la noche con música para todos, pero tomen en cuenta que después de las 9:00 PM, ¡se armará la verdadera fiesta! El ambiente se pondrá más intenso y la música podría incluir letras un poco más fuertes o explícitas. Queremos que todos se diviertan, pero les avisamos para que lo tomen en cuenta, especialmente por los niños o los que prefieran un ambiente más tranquilo.

Answer

Yes, there will be a open bar! Bring your ID’s and designated drivers! Claro que si ba ber tragos! Traigan su ID y conductor designado!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? / ¿Hay estacionamiento para la ceremonia y la recepción?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking for all our guests at our venue. Si, hay mucho estacionamento para todo nuestros invitados en el lugar de la boda.
