Some love stories take a little time to unfold, and ours is definitely one of them! We've practically known each other forever, growing up in the same K-12 school system from elementary to high school. Despite sharing so many hallways and classrooms through our early lives, our paths truly intertwined in 11th grade during a digital design class. Alex might not recall those days quite as vividly, but I distinctly remember our study center meet-ups in the Apple computer lab, where his jokes had me in stitches—a tradition that happily continues to this day! After losing touch through college and beyond, an unexpected message from Alex changed everything. At the end of summer 2022, a simple "hey, it's been awhile" popped up on Instagram. Just a few days later, we had our first official date over pizza, picking up right where we left off. Since then, we've been inseparable, building new memories and sharing endless laughs as we journey toward forever.
