What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing two party buses to Hotel du Village. Two buses will depart from Homewood Suites by Hilton Doylestown, PA. One bus will depart at 4:00 PM and the second at 4:15 PM. The 4:00 PM bus will make a stop at the New Hope Inn. Guests staying at the Logan Inn can use the inn’s shuttle, which runs directly to Hotel du Village. Timing for the Logan Inn shuttle is TBD and will be shared once confirmed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation or RSVP. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed. Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the evening, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Hotel du Village offers on-site parking for guests, and valet service will be available the day of the wedding.
