What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please make sure to arrive to the Day Chapel at the State Botanical Gardens around 5:30 for the ceremony.

Is there transportation from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttles running from the Hyatt Place hotel in downtown Athens to the botanical gardens starting at 5:15pm. Return shuttles will begin at 10:30pm going to the Hyatt Place hotel. You may also use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the ceremony and to get to the after party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is minimal parking at the botanical gardens, please try to utilize the provided shuttles and uber.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations.

Is there a welcome event?

Answer

Yes, there will be a welcome event at Magnolia’s starting at 8:00pm until 11:00pm.

Is there an after party?

Answer

The after party will be at Blue Sky Bar from 11:00pm to 2am after the reception. Please make sure to utilize Uber codes or take shuttles from the botanical gardens to the Hyatt Place downtown and walk.
