Are you blocking hotel rooms for the weekend?

Answer

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide room block-out accommodations for our guests. However, we do have a recommendation list on our travel page.

How do get to the venue when exiting the freeway?

Answer

Coming from US 50 E/El Dorado Fwy, take exit 49 for Point View Dr. and turn right. Turn left onto Broadway and drive about 3 miles. Then turn right onto Fort Jim Rd. After about 1.5 miles, turn right into the Shadow Ridge Ranch gate entrance.

Where can I park?

Answer

Upon arriving at the entrance gates, a staff member will guide you on where to park at the venue. Please do not park in the mini parking lot on the right, as this is only for our vendors. Parking along side of the road is also not permitted.

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the lawn on the left side of the venue upon entering the gates.

Where is the cocktail/reception area located?

Answer

Upon entering the entrance gates, the cocktail/reception area will be on the right hand side at the large barn building. You will also see the white tent behind the building.
