Question

Is there transportation between the hotels and the venue?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing transportation from Park City to the wedding venue in Midway and back at the end of the night. There will be two pick up/drop off locations for the busses. Bus 1 will depart Doubletree By Hilton Hotel - The Yarrow at 3:40 pm. Bus 2 Pick up at 153 Marsac Ave, Park City, UT 84060 (this is a parking lot) at 3:30 pm, then go to The Yarrow Hotel to pick up remaining guests, and depart The Yarrow Hotel at 3:40 pm. Busses should arrive at Midway Venue around 4:15 pm. Busses will leave Midway Venue at 10:30 pm to return to Park city at the end of the night. Drop off locations will be the same as pick up locations.

Please arrive by 4:15 pm to allow for time to find a seat before the 4:30 pm ceremony starts

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire. We request that you look nice but wear something that you are comfortable in. The ceremony will be on the grass, so wear comfortable shoes.

2002 South OIympic Drive Midway, UT This will lead you to a 4 way stop sign. At the stop sign continue straight to find the parking lot right next to the ceremony location and reception building.
