Once upon a swipe, Alexis and Alex matched on Bumble—because fate (and a mutual love of 2 for 1 margaritas) said so. Their first date? Chili’s. Because nothing says romance like bottomless chips and a 2-for-$25 deal. Things went so well that Alexis left Chili’s with more than just butterflies… she also left with Covid. Three days after their romantic rendezvous, she tested positive. Coincidence? Maybe. But also, probably not.
