FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. We invite our guests to dress in polished, celebratory attire for our special day. Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, and ties are all great choices. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in late May, so we encourage guests to choose attire that is both stylish and comfortable for the Florida heat—and ready for a night of celebrating and dancing!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones — truly! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless your child’s name is specifically listed on your invitation or we’ve spoken to you directly about including them. If their name isn’t on the invite, we’re unfortunately not able to accommodate them. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a fun night off!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “+1,” then absolutely — we can’t wait to meet them! If it doesn’t include a plus one, we’re keeping the guest list limited due to venue capacity and budget constraints. We promise it wasn’t an easy decision — we’re right at our venue’s max and doing our best to include as many of our favorite people as possible.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM and will be outdoors and uncovered. Cocktail hour will follow under a covered outdoor pavilion with surrounding fans to keep things comfortable. After that, the rest of the evening (dinner + dancing!) will be indoors and air-conditioned.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We won’t let you celebrate on an empty stomach! Light bites will be served during cocktail hour to kick things off. For dinner, we’ll be enjoying a buffet-style meal featuring two entrée options, a fresh side salad, and delicious sides. Come hungry and ready to enjoy!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! You're welcome!

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony so we can start on time.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we’re asking that you be fully present with us — NO phones or cameras during the ceremony, please. We’ve hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every moment, and we want to make sure they’re able to do their thing without any distractions. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception! We just ask that you’re mindful of the professionals we’ve hired and avoid stepping in front of them while they’re capturing those special moments.
