Flight

SLC

SLC is the major airport closest to the venue and hotels that we would recommend. Unless you want a road trip, this is your option. SLC is a Delta hub. All major airlines come here, though.

Elevation Watch-For

SLC is a little above 4000 ft above sea level. Park City is about 7000 ft. This area is also a 'high desert' ecosystem, which means very low humidity (very dry air). Be mindful of elevation sickness and what you should be watching for in symptoms. Follow the link provided for the CDC information and recommendations for avoiding elevation sickness.

Travel Note

Rental Cars

If you plan on staying in Salt Lake City, rideshare, buses, or other public transport will be easy and most recommended. If you plan on leaving the city while you stay, consider a rental car. There is a TRAX train from SLC to Park City, but there are some restrictions of how much you can bring with you (like luggage, etc.) on the train. There is an agreement between TRAX and some resorts for direct transport. Something to look into if you are interested.
