When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1st! Any responses not received by 6/1 will be recorded as a “no.” Thank you and we hope to see you there!

Where should I stay?
Answer
We recommend all guests stay at the Corduroy Inn & Lodge. Please use the hotel block info tab to book directly through the lodge.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place on the ballroom terrace outside (weather permitting), and the reception will take place indoors.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. If you are having a hard time RSVP'ing please contact the couple directly.

Are children allowed?
Answer
No -- Note that this is an adult-only (18+) celebration. As much as we love your kids, we prefer guests don't need to worry about little eyes and ears.

Yes -- Parking is available onsite

When should I arrive for the Ceremony?
Answer
Guests can begin to arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

Will there be drinks?
Answer
We're delighted to offer a selection of local wines, beer, and spirits throughout the celebration. While we're finalizing the specific details, rest assured that drinks will be provided for all our guests to enjoy!

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire is requested. We recommend soft, earthy tones such as greens, blues, neutrals, florals, or muted colors to complement our mountain setting. We ask that guests avoid bright neon, super bold colors, white, or ivory.

How do I get to the venue?

Venue Location: Corduroy Inn & Lodge Address: 5811 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209 Directions coming from Pittsburgh / Western PA: - Take I-79 South - Merge onto I-68 East toward Cumberland - Take WV-42 / US-219 South - Follow US-219 South toward Snowshoe - Turn onto Snowshoe Drive and follow it up the mountain - Continue past the main village → Corduroy Inn & Lodge will be just beyond Directions from Charleston, WV: - Take I-79 North - Take Exit 67 toward Flatwoods / WV-4 - Follow WV-4 East to WV-20 North - Continue onto US-219 North toward Snowshoe - Turn onto Snowshoe Drive and follow it up the mountain - Continue past the main village → Corduroy Inn & Lodge will be just beyond Travel Tips - The final stretch is a winding mountain road—please allow extra time - Cell service may be limited, so we recommend downloading directions ahead of time - Once you arrive at Snowshoe Mountain, continue past the main village area to reach the Inn - Parking is available on-site We recommend arriving a little early to relax and enjoy the views before the ceremony!
