We met on a dating app (Hinge, if you’re curious) and matched on May 11th, 2025. Our first date was that Saturday at a Mexican restaurant in Kansas City. Zack showed up on his Harley, and Alexa wasn’t entirely sure how she felt about “dating someone with a motorcycle” — spoiler alert: she got over it. We talked for three hours over dinner and then another hour in the parking lot after the restaurant closed. We even planned our second date before we finished the first. ;) We officially started dating on June 11th, got engaged on October 19th, and were courthouse married (shoutout to Jenna!) on November 21st, 2025. We know that’s considered “fast” by today’s standards, but as Zack says, “when ya know, ya know.” In just eight short months, we’ve renovated a house together, experienced the loss of a loved one, taken multiple weekend trips, and given each other endless crap the entire time. And though we were married on November 21st, we are so excited to celebrate with y’all at our ceremony in April. Get ready — you’re in for good music, good food, and a great time!
